USA ESTA Application Process

Step 1: Registration

Access the USA ESTA portal and complete the registration process by providing the following details:

1. Name as per passport
2. Email ID and contact number
3. Intended date of arrival and departure from the country
4. Nationality

Then enter the CAPTCHA details in the specified column and access the main application form.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

In the application form, select the USA ESTA type as per your travel needs: tourism, business, medical visits or transit, and provide the following details:

1. Passport issue and expiry date
2. Passport number
3. Birth Details
4. Address Details

Additional Information

1. Occupation details
2. Employer address and contact number
3. Accommodation Information

Step 3: Adding Multiple Applicants (If required)

Applicants can add up to 10 travellers in a single USA ESTA application. Each traveller’s details must be entered correctly, and all approved USA ESTA authorisations are sent to the primary applicant’s email address.

Step 4: Selecting Processing Time

Select any one of the processing options that matches your travel dates:

1. Normal Processing
2. Rush Processing
3. Super Rush Processing

Step 5: Reviewing Application

Review the USA ESTA application form once before proceeding.

Step 6: Uploading Documents

Upload a clear digital scan of all Required Documents For The USA ESTA.

Step 7: Paying the Fee & Submitting

Pay the USA ESTA Processing Fee using a debit/credit card, PayPal (subject to availability), or cryptocurrency. Once payment is confirmed, applicants receive a payment receipt by email, and the USA ESTA application moves to processing.

Step 8: Receiving an approved USA ESTA

Applicants receive the approved USA ESTA by email, and they can download and print a copy for their travel.
